Here's a collaborative short story we came up with today in class.
However we didn't agree on an end for it...

"Once upon a time in a little town, near the sea and the mountains, something strange happened. One day in which the weather was horrible a man arrived in the town with a small case. He asked for a room in the local hotel in front of the lake. After that day it was always dark, the sun did not rise in the mornings and a cold fog covered the streets of the village. The villagers started to get depressed. All mornings the strange man left the village with his case and walked into the fog to go to the lake. People from the village could hear loud noises…"

ENDING A:
"When the strange man left the Village the sun shone everyday and the fog never came back to this village. The villagers never heard again about the man." M.C.

ENDING B:
"The villagers didn't know that Tom, that was his name, was a meteorologist who was testing a new method to predict storms. He had chosen the days in which the weather would be bad and so it happened. Tom eventually found that his work had been succesful and returned home leaving a great sunset over the lake." R.M.

ENDING C:
"When the man left his room in the hotel every morning, he walked slowly near the lake. The weather was cold and the grass was wet because of the mist; however that fact didn't worry the strange walker whose destination was a cliff close to the sea.
Once the man arrived at the cliff he opened his small case and took a telescope and stared at the sea, a sea which was covered by a dense fog. A few minutes later every morning he could hear terrible sounds from the distance in the ocean. These sounds were also heard by the villagers, and they were frightened.
From the cliff the man heard every morning these sounds and with his telescope he could see what produced it. In the sea, two ships, two old ships through the fog appeared every morning. These ships didn't arrive from another place, they arrived from another time, and their crew fought together with cannons, guns... until one of them sank in the depth of the ocean and the noises ended.
On that moment the man returned to his hotel...
In this sailors' village a lot of years ago, there was a terrible naval battle between ships of the Spanish army and English ships... nobody survived, the fight and the horrible fog were responsible of that. Who was the strange man? nobody knew that ever..."

"Last summer I went to Brazil. During the flight I met different people dressed in colourful clothes. It seemed that these people were models so I thought I should ask them for an autograph. But then I realized the group was travelling to some kind of event. Then I remembered that my best friend was getting married and I thought it would be a great idea to copy those designs. For a moment I thought that I was losing my mind because the scene was surrealistic, my friend’s wedding was taking place in the middle of the Amazonian Forest. I was brave, stood up and asked them about their fashionable clothes. They told me they were going to the rehearsals of Rio’s Olympic Games… "

ENDING A:
"In that moment I knew which would be my wedding present to my friend and her fiance: two tickets to be present at Rio's Olympic Games in 2016"
B.V.

ENDING B:
"The alarm clock rang at seven o´clock in the morning. I got up. When I was having my breakfast, I remembered my funny dream in the plane."
C.C.

ENDING C:
Then I realized: "these clothes are useless in the middle of the Amazonian Forest." People there don´t usually go dressed exactly the same. It´s not a traditional wedding! It shouldn´t surprise me knowing how my friend is.

ENDING D:
"When the plane landed, I turned on my mobile phone and I received an oral message from my friend, she was crying, she said that the wedding was cancelled.
I called her and convinced her to come to Río to enjoy the Olympic Games with me instead of crying at home…
We spent an unforgettable week in Río and we met a lot of interesting people"
